Lightning Jump Lab is a focused cheer jump clinic designed to help athletes build stronger, cleaner, and more confident jumps.
Athletes will work on jump technique, timing, flexibility, strength, body control, and clean landings.
This clinic may include:
- Toe touch drills
- Herkie drills
- Arm placement
- Leg strength
- Flexibility
- Jump timing
- Clean landing practice
