The Force Field Day is a cheer-inspired field day with skill stations, team challenges, games, and confidence-building activities.
Athletes will rotate through fun stations that help them move, learn, compete, and work as a team.
Activities may include:
- Cheer games
- Motion memory
- Jump challenges
- Team relays
- Agility stations
- Confidence activities
- Skill-building games
