Want to try Cheer Prep before joining? Our Cheer Prep Drop In option gives your athlete the opportunity to experience Total Cheer Force before committing to the monthly program.
Each class focuses on building confidence, clean motions, jumps, flexibility, conditioning, and strong cheer fundamentals in a fun, encouraging environment. Whether your athlete is brand new to cheer or preparing for school cheer, city league, recreation, or competition cheer, every class is designed to help them improve.
