Small group tryout preparation for athletes training together.
Sessions focus on building strong fundamentals, confidence, and clean technique needed for cheer tryouts. Athletes will work on the same core skills while still receiving individual feedback and corrections.
Skills may include:
• Motions & sharpness
• Jumps & jump technique
• Stunting
• Strength & Conditioning
• Flexibility & body control
• Tumbling fundamentals (if applicable)
Once official tryout material is received, sessions will be adjusted to practice exactly what athletes will be performing. Until then, training will focus on strengthening fundamentals and overall readiness.
**Sessions are currently scheduled on Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
