ABOUT THIS FUNDRAISER

Total Cheer Force is participating in Lemonade Day Tallahassee with a team-run pop-up lemonade stand. This is a fun, structured youth entrepreneurship experience where kids build confidence, learn business basics, and support the growth of our cheer program.

Ages: Boys & Girls 10-17
Event Day: Saturday, June 13, 2026

Registration Fee: $20 per child

Registration helps cover lemonade stand supplies (ingredients, cups, ice, signage, and materials). Total Cheer Force will fund anything not covered.

IMPORTANT DATES (PLEASE READ)

• Registration Closes: Monday, April 28
• Required Parent Meeting: Thursday, April 30 at 6:30 PM
  Zoom link will be emailed after registration.
• Lemonade Day Event: Saturday, June 13, 2026

COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS

Participants can earn community service hours based on attendance and participation.
Attendance is required for service hours for:

• Parent meeting (guardian required)
• Business & leadership classes (all participants)

REQUIRED BUSINESS & LEADERSHIP CLASSES (ALL PARTICIPANTS)

All participants must attend:

• Two (2) business & leadership classes
• 1 hour each
  Attendance is required to receive community service hours.

(Exact class dates/times will be confirmed and shared at the parent meeting and by email.)

OPTIONAL CHEER PRACTICES (BOW INCLUDED)

If you choose the Cheer/Hype Team option, your child will also attend:

• Three (3) cheer practices
  Practice length recommendation: 60 minutes each

(Exact practice dates/times will be shared after registration.)

PARTICIPATION OPTIONS (CHOOSE ONE)

1) Business Team (Stand Crew)
Helps run the lemonade stand on event day (cashier, prep, runner, greeter, marketing/signs).
Includes: 2 required 1-hour Business & Leadership classes + Event Day (June 13)

2) Cheer Team (Hype/Performance)
Performs cheer chants and helps draw customers to the stand (cheer sets + crowd engagement).
Includes: 2 required 1-hour Business & Leadership classes + 3 cheer practices (60 min each) + Event Day

3) Both (Stand Crew + Cheer)
Works a stand shift AND performs with the cheer team (scheduled rotations).
Includes: 2 required 1-hour Business & Leadership classes + 3 cheer practices (60 min each) + Event Day

Service Hours Note: Attendance is required for the classes (and practices if enrolled in Cheer/Both) to receive community service hours.

EVENT DAY DRESS CODE

To keep the team looking unified:

Option 1 (recommended): Purchase the Official Total Cheer Force Lemonade Day T-Shirt. The official T-shirt design will be revealed at the required parent meeting. (T-shirt purchase is optional).

Option 2: If not purchasing a T-shirt:

• Shirt must be BLUE or YELLOW
• Bottoms: BLACK shorts or black athletic pants
• No jeans
• Comfortable, athletic, team-ready outfit

WHAT’S INCLUDED

• Organized team participation for Lemonade Day Tallahassee
• Two required 1-hour business & leadership classes
• Role assignments and event day organization
• Community service hour tracking (based on attendance/participation)
• Optional cheer/hype practices for participants who select that option (bow included)
• Opportunity to purchase an official event T-shirt

IMPORTANT NOTES

• A parent/guardian must attend the required parent meeting on Thursday, April 30 at 6:30 PM.
• Your child must be available for Saturday, June 13, 2026 to participate.
